    2. Identify the nearest railway stations and automatically suggest your regional railway network.

  * **Ephemeral Processing:** Location data is processed locally on your device in real time. We do not store your historical location coordinates on remote servers, and we do not track your location in the background when the app is closed.

  * **User Control:** You can enable, disable, or adjust location permissions at any time through your device operating system settings (iOS: *Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Live Rail*; Android: *Settings > Apps > Live Rail > Permissions > Location*).

### B. Device & Technical Information

When you access Live Rail, automated device and technical information may be collected by third-party service providers (such as Google Mobile Ads and Firebase Analytics), including:

* Device hardware model, manufacturer, and operating system version.

* Unique device identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID (AAID) on Android and the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS.

* **Server Data:** We do not host user accounts, personal profile databases, or personal identifiers on our servers.

* Timetable schedules, halt lists, and fare matrices are aggregated from publicly available government and railway publications for reference purposes only and are subject to operational changes by the respective authorities without notice.

* Live Rail does not sell tickets, process commercial reservations, or handle financial payment transactions.
